I’m a qualified therapist and ongoing mental health coach for the NHS, with 2,000+ hours of supporting both NHS and private clients.
I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, obsessive traits, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, or simply just feeling lost and unsure where to turn.
I specialise in working with individuals who experience strong emotional responses, internal conflict, and a deep sense of being misunderstood .
Alongside my professional experience, I draw on personal insights from my own journey with neurodiversity and emotional intensity.
For anyone that feels they cannot escape their mind and behaviours that never seem to change, I want you to know you are not unfixable. You’re beginning to notice what no longer feels right, and that awareness shows you are already moving forward.
You don’t need to have all the answers or show up perfectly – you just need to start, and I’ll meet you wherever you are. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their Ethical Framework.
You know that feeling when your mind won’t switch off, your chest feels tight, and you can’t quite name what’s wrong – only that something is?
That’s often where therapy begins.
Not with answers, but with curiosity.
Together, we’ll look at the patterns beneath your thoughts and emotions – the ones that quietly keep you looping back to the same place – and gently start creating space for new ones.
It’s not about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you reconnect with the version of yourself that already knows the way forward.
My approach blends person-centred therapy with practical coaching because I believe understanding your patterns is only half the battle – implementing change is what creates lasting transformation. That’s why I offer a unique approach with three different paths to support you, so you can choose the one that’s right for you.
Discover transformative options beyond one-on-one therapy: join interactive workshops for skill-building topics like stress resilience and mindful leadership; participate in group sessions to connect with peers in a supportive environment; or explore corporate support with customised programs for teams, enhancing workplace well-being and productivity.
I offer bespoke mental health and wellbeing workshops for schools, workplaces and organisations. Topics can include neurodiversity, understanding your mind and emotions, and building everyday wellbeing and resilience. Each workshop is tailored to the group so it feels relevant and supportive for the people in the room.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
I work with individuals from all walks of life who are feeling overwhelmed, seeking a better understanding of themselves and their relationships, or simply trying to make sense of it all.
Whether your challenges are loud and visible or quiet and internal, there’s room for them here. Therapy with me is shaped around you – your background, your experiences, your pace, and your definition of growth.
You don’t need to fit into a box to belong here.
If you’re human, you’re welcome.
KIND WORDS
THERAPY 101
I offer a flexible blend of Person-Centred Therapy and Mental Health Coaching. This means we create a safe space to explore your feelings and past experiences (the therapy part) while also building practical tools and strategies to help you manage day-to-day challenges (the coaching part). It’s designed to give you both understanding and direction.
Great question. Think of it like this:
Therapy is like doing the deep excavation – understanding the ‘why’ behind your patterns, emotions, and relationships.
Coaching is like getting the blueprint and tools – it’s forward-focused, helping you build skills, break cycles, and take actionable steps.
Many clients choose the Blended Path, which gives them the best of both worlds. We can figure out what mix is right for you.
Yes, absolutely. With over 2,000 hours of client support in both NHS and private settings, I have extensive professional experience working with these traits. More importantly, I also bring lived understanding, which means I truly ‘get’ the chaos and intensity that can come with them. You won’t have to explain what it’s like from scratch.
This is a really common and valid concern. Many traditional therapies focus only on talking things through. My approach is different because it’s active and practical. We don’t just talk about what’s wrong – we work on what to do about it. The addition of coaching means you get real-world strategies and, if you choose, support between sessions to help you actually apply what we’re working on.
Sometimes things come up after a session – a sudden wave of emotion, or a thought you can’t shake. That’s why I offer optional text or mobile support between sessions.
It’s a small but powerful bridge between therapy and real life – so you can keep feeling supported even on the in-between days.
Therapy is an investment – not just in your mental health, but in your peace of mind. My pricing guide lays everything out clearly: session options, lengths, and flexible packages that fit your life and your budget.
